Originally from California, Araik Sinanyan moved to Washington to complete an internship with the Armenian National Committee of America. Soon after completing the internship, Araik started working as a Clinical Research Assistant in Oncology at Johns Hopkins University. Araik loves meeting new people and exploring their communities. He is passionate about the junction between medicine and culture, exampled by his love of traditional medical knowledge. As a first-generation Armenian-American, he has traveled to Armenia several times to participate in related programs and remains connected to his homeland. He loves to sing, dance and entertain people.
